Warranty Duration: All MatView products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of the invoice.
Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturing Defects: Covers repair or replacement of products found defective due to manufacturing faults.
- Transportation Damage: If damage occurs during transit, the claim will be validated upon receiving the returned product. Replacement or repairs will be provided after validation.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty is not applicable under the following conditions:
- Misuse or physical damage to the product.
- Damage caused by high voltages, electrical surges, or incorrect power sources.
It also excludes normal wear and tear of components such as:
- Controls, numeric keypads, tips, nozzles, and movable parts.
- LEDs, CRTs, LCDs, transformers, and heating elements.
Failures in these components due to manufacturing defects will be reviewed by the manufacturer, whose decision will be final.
Verification and Proof of Purchase
Repair or replacement under warranty is subject to defect verification and presentation of valid proof of purchase, including the original invoice and visible model number.
Shipping and Handling
Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling charges related to warranty claims.

Even beyond the warranty period or for non-covered issues, MatView provides chargeable service support for all customers.
